Art Commissions (Cats and Nature)

If you’d like a piece of artwork made especially for you, I take a limited number of commissions throughout the year. My commissioned work is usually inspired by cats and nature (birds, botanicals, seasonal colour, and calm outdoor scenes).

I’m based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, and I can arrange UK and international delivery.

How it works

1. Send an enquiryEmail me at mysouthendart@outlook.com with a short description of what you have in mind.

2. Share a few details. Helpful information includes:

  • Subject (cat portrait, nature scene, bird, flowers, etc.)
  • Preferred size (or where you want to display it)
  • Any deadline (if it’s a gift)
  • Reference photos (if relevant)
  • Any colours or mood you’d like the piece to have

3. Quote and deposit. I’ll confirm availability and send a quote based on size, complexity, and materials.

  • 50% deposit to secure your booking
  • Remaining balance due when the artwork is complete (before delivery)

4. Creation and updates. Once we’ve agreed the plan, I’ll begin the artwork. I can share progress updates during the process.

5. Delivery / collection

  • UK and international delivery available (shipping cost depends on destination)
  • Local collection can be arranged where suitable

Pricing

Prices start from £120. Final price depends on size, complexity, and materials.

After your initial message, I’ll confirm a clear quote so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.

Timeline

Most commissions take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the scope of the piece and my current schedule. If you have a deadline, mention it in your first message and I’ll tell you what’s realistic.
